* No class 9/6, Labor Day

Coaches 

  • Our speciality is athletic development and injury prevention.  We utilize the latest research available to engineer athletes to meet the demands of their sport and reduce injury risk. 
  • We welcome the opportunity to discuss with you your athletes performance (assuming proper release). 
  • We also welcome the opportunity to discuss with you our training program and welcome any feedback you may have.
