TMI’s Spring Training Academy is a highly-specialized program created to prepare high school and collegiate softball/baseball players for the spring season. The program is comprehensive and addresses the key components of injury prevention including stretching, strength training, plyometrics, biomechanics, balance and coordination. This six-week training program includes a biomechanical analysis and before/after measurements of strength, agility and power. A foundation of strength, coordination, and overall physical conditioning is required for throwing athletes to attain peak performance in their sport-specific skills.  Train with TMI for peak performance and low injury risk.
