At TMI Sports Performance, our strength and conditioning specialists are nationally certified and use a medically and scientifically-based approach to training athletes of all ages.  Our program is for;

Coming off an injury?
As part of the team approach at TMI, sport-specific training is used as an adjunct for physical therapy patients to return to peak performance.  Our nationally certified, educated, and experienced strength coaches will get you stronger and faster while reducing risk of future injury.
