About this program 

Speed, agility, and quickness (S.A.Q.) is essential to athletic performance.  TMI Sports Performance offers S.A.Q. training for the following athletic groups;

  • Football
  • Baseball/Softball
  • Youth
  • Soccer
  • Other

Program Details

  • Detailed pre and post assessment (all assessment measures depend on your specific sport)
    • Sprint speed
    • Agility
    • Acceleration
    • Hip and core stability, strength, and power
    • Knee/ACL injury prevention screening

On-Field Results

  • Improved linear speed (30 or 40 yard sprint)
  • Improved running form and decreased injury risk 
  • Improved agility and change of direction
  • Improved acceleration (10 yd sprint)
  • Improved hip and core stability, strength, and power
