Speed, agility, and quickness (S.A.Q.) is essential to athletic performance. TMI Sports Performance offers S.A.Q. training for the following athletic groups;
- Football
- Baseball/Softball
- Youth
- Soccer
- Other
Program Details
- Detailed pre and post assessment (all assessment measures depend on your specific sport)
- Sprint speed
- Agility
- Acceleration
- Hip and core stability, strength, and power
- Knee/ACL injury prevention screening
On-Field Results
- Improved linear speed (30 or 40 yard sprint)
- Improved running form and decreased injury risk
- Improved agility and change of direction
- Improved acceleration (10 yd sprint)
- Improved hip and core stability, strength, and power
